Original dome, in the "Casa Enric Laplana" building, built in 1907 and the work of Bernadí Martorell. Incredible views of Pg. of St. Joan, right in front of the "Arc de Triomf", built for the Universal Exhibition of 1888. Both the "Laplana" building and the "Arc de Triomf" are built in red exposed brick in the Neomudejar style, which in the building is perfectly combined with a very original modernist style. The Dome, made of green and white ceramic scales with blue details, designed by Jaume Bernades, crowns the building. Penthouse with loft completely renovated in 2013. It consists of hall, bathroom with shower and dining-living room with double-height rounded ceiling and lots of light thanks to the 5 original bull's-eye windows, which form the flower which can be seen on the facade of the building. From the living room you can access one of the two terraces. The kitchen is almost integrated with the other terrace with unique views of the promenade and which can be completely covered by an awning, ideal as a summer dining room. In the loft there is the room. Wooden and microcement floors, sliding doors, hot and cold air on the ground floor and ceiling fan in the room.
